My work is the culmination of collected memory across numerous states, spaces and places subjugated to the immediacy of emotive physical response and brazenly empty cognition.
Enamoured by gestural abstractions and the American Action Painters, my approach to acrylic work focuses on form and movement, manifesting a sort of physical totem to a sentient meditation.
Central to the method is ritualistic process, fabricating a visual representation of singular layered moments, challenging the viewer to an engage with fortuitous responses.
